Raleigh Review: Happy + Hale

Here's a quick Raleigh Review for one of my favorite quick restaurants in the North Hills shopping center. Happy + Hale arrived in NH not too, too long ago. It is a business founded on well-being. Happy + Hale distributes healthy food that nourishes the body, fulfills the soul, empowers the community and balances the planet. Talk about a powerful mission statement... I like it! I like it a lot

I have the capability to work from home a couple days a week and when I do, I enjoy grabbing a Happy + Hale smoothie or quinoa bowl to-go. The menu has a variety of whole food options and the atmosphere both inside and outside the restaurant is fabulous. The "Pink Drink" smoothie featured in this photo is my absolute favorite. It is comprised of dragonfruit, mango, pineapple, banana, lemon, ginger and coconut water - talk about a delicious light meal or snack.

It's not just the food... The platform the company stands on is quite impressive. According to the website, sustainability, urban farming, and healthy living are foundations the company prizes itself on. Happy + Hale squeezes fresh juices, has hearty healthy protein bowls, and supports local community gardens. I am a huge believer in the #shoplocal movement, and I love not only learning about but supporting amazing companies like this one!
